Brittney had wanted to be a real estate agent since her mom got into it when she was eleven years old. After getting a degree in marketing, she got her license in 2015.

At that time, she joined her mom’s team. Brittney shares that her perception of KW prior to joining did not align with her experience after she joined, and how that led to a mind shift change from “how can I build a team” to “how to change lives.”

It’s the real estate agent mindset vs the business owner mindset.

Brittney shares her journey through that mind shift and how it impacted her numbers, doubling her production between 2019 and 2020, and how that led her to want to share her experience with others.

She shares how her model of thanking and appreciating the agents she works with naturally creates relationships and prompts agents to schedule lunches and coffees with her to have conversations.
